We loved our recent stay at Sunset View. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful local beaches and also great for exploring the North Yorkshire area. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a minimalist and modern design that we really liked. The self-catering option was convenient, allowing us to cook our own meals. The rooms had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The Netflix access in two rooms was a nice touch, especially for our kids. The bathroom was spacious and having a bath was a bonus. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Sunset View.
While there were some minor issues during our stay, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. There were a couple of cleanliness issues in the kitchen, such as dust on the shelves and some dirty utensils.

The location was absolutely stunning, with a jaw-dropping view of the beach. The spacious and comfortable bedroom made for a super relaxing stay. The modern TV allowed us to log into our favorite streaming apps, although the beach was much nicer to gaze at. The roads in the area were a thrill to drive on, perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts. The self-catering aspect was excellent, with minimalist yet spacious and clean rooms. It was a great base for exploring the local beaches and North Yorkshire. The beautiful little village provided a peaceful escape, and the apartments were simply fantastic. The fast and efficient check-in process was impressive, with prompt responses to any queries. We will definitely be returning, and have already recommended it to friends and family. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and perfectly situated to explore the stunning North Yorkshire and lower NE coastline. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of 4, including a teenager. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern conveniences. Our kids were thrilled with the Netflix access in two rooms, and having a bath was an added bonus. With options for hiking, fishing, and wind surfing, as well as being pet-friendly and having a no-smoking policy on site, this place truly had it all.

The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. the bedroom was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved that the apartment had a modern TV, allowing us to log into our own streaming apps. the surrounding area had fantastic roads, perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts, with plenty of twists, turns, and sweeping curves to enjoy.
There were several aspects of our stay that left a lot to be desired. the kitchen was lacking basic sundries like salt and pepper, and many of the pots were still dirty from previous guests.

I keep returning to this place because it never disappoints. The staff even helped me find a currency exchange. It has everything I need - hiking, fishing, wind surfing. Plus, pets are allowed and it's a non-smoking property. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

The location of the accommodation is ideal, with easy access to local beaches and the opportunity to explore North Yorkshire. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a minimalist and comfortable setting for backpackers. the apartment offers self-catering options, which is convenient for those on a budget. the area also provides ample parking options.
The cleanliness of the kitchen leaves much to be desired, with a grubby feel and limited cooking equipment. the lack of hot water in both the shower and kitchen is a major inconvenience.
